The 2025 Production Gap Report found that countries plan to produce more than 120% the level of fossil fuels aligned with limiting warming to 1.5ºC.

Report co-lead Emily Ghosh weighs in.

If McClain took an oath “to the commander-in-chief”, she took the wrong one. 🤡
BLITZER: I want to be precise. Should members of the US military obey clearly illegal orders?

McCLAIN: You're asking an enlisted person for their opinion on what they think is legal. That's a pretty slippery slope. Follow your commander in chief. That's the oath that you took

These are core European principles moving forward:

◾️Ukraine's territory and sovereignty must be respected.

◾️Only Ukraine, as a sovereign country, can make decisions regarding its armed forces.

◾️The choice of their destiny is in their own hands.

What are Russians good at? Double tap attacks.

The lowest of the low. Subhuman.
In Sumy, the enemy deliberately targeted rescuers.

Today, Russia launched yet another strike on Sumy. Emergency crews rushed to the site and immediately began extinguishing the fire. And at that very moment, while the firefighters units were working, the enemy carried out a second drone attack.

Listen, Trump. Your continued threats will not intimidate me or keep me from doing my job, which includes oversight of the executive branch.

Stop the threats of execution, hanging, and sending a mob before someone gets hurt.

America deserves better.
New threats from Trump:

The president just endorsed a post reading, "Go get all those traitorous sons of bitches for sedition at the very least. Those pompous traitorous communists should be impeached and prosecuted."

It's not the scientists I'm worried about. It's the generals. And the security advisors. And the presidents.

It only takes, say, Pakistan's military to blame, say, India for cloud seeding #geoengineering followed by widespread crop failure (whether connected or not) for (nuclear) war. For example.
For years, geoengineering—artificially lowering global temperatures through technological means—has been met with skepticism. But the progression of climate change has pushed many scientists to seriously consider the strategy, Alexander C. Kaufman writes:
Who’s Ready to Think About Blocking Out the Sun?
The idea of artificially lowering the planet’s temperature is gaining supporters and hitting political opposition.
