Seeing a lot of people I frankly thought better of misunderstanding this. It means case by case re. the service provider not the individuals using the service. This is how the Equality Act has worked for years - with providers having to justify exclusion as proportionate.

Tribunal Tweets put out that they were reviewing their notes to "allow identification" of the anonymous claimants. Obviously an error – though it remained up for two hours – but perhaps highlights the wisdom of the court in refusing them permission to live tweet highly sensitive proceedings.

🏊‍♀️The women who swim at Kenwood Ladies Pond have already made their decision.

In 2024, almost 900 members voted to keep their trans-inclusive policy - a policy that has worked peacefully since 2019.

Now, a small campaign group is seeking to overturn that democratic decision through the courts.
