So Tom Homan (ICE director) just said instead of ICE going around taking people from the street, the jails are going to notify ICE when they have a violent inmate who was found to be an undocumented immigrant so ICE can arrest them in jail. WHY DIDNT THEY DO THAT TO BEGIN WITH!? SMH

If the revisionists get their way, we no longer have a Constitution.
Conservative scholars that take originalism at all seriously understand exactly what it means for the 14th amend. But taking originalism seriously was never the political project of the conservative legal mvmt. And it is that political project that today owns the Court.
