I've just watched 'Longlegs'. Which given the actual film's content, was marketed really poorly.
Possibly one of the best 'creepy' films I've watched for a long time without the overt need to rely on jump scares. Highly recommended for Halloween.

Can you fully trust someone who's never had a curry? (Apart from this sounding like OneShow segment - i think it's a valid question). The lack of curiosity and tolerance that this would necessitate, just in culinary terms is astonishing.

I saw this and felt similar. It's never a good thing for our quite broken prison system to permit something like this to happen (10 years in Forensic NHS).
That said, given that it has happened, I hope there is something salvaged by his victims knowing that he is no longer a threat or has any power.

Not going to applaud a murder but I doubt anyone will mourn this disgusting man. I hope his victims find peace. www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025...

Just snagged myself a little treat for next weekend. Front row seats at a @robinince.bsky.social gig. The perfect antidote to an autumnal lull.

Well CBT Blue Sky, it's finally happened, I'm teaching a new cohort of high intensity trainees that contains individuals too young to know who Columbo is.
It's a sad day indeed. Thoughts and prayers.

Best advice I never took was when I was 30 and on a massive career fast-track: You cannot cuddle with your career on a lonely night when your life is on the decline. Invest as much time on love and family. Sounded twee then. At 62 and near retirement, I now know it's 100% true.

There are imposters and those with imposter syndrome. The latter tends to be humble yet incredibly talented individuals, the former get called out.....
Crockett: When you I say you are the least qualified in the history of the FBI, it’s real…
Patel: That’s false
Crockett: I didn’t ask you a question. I want to talk about why you're a failure and honestly we need to tell you, bye, bye

A reminder that the acorn of this theory is with a hideous individual that made it all up, and was struck off the medical record.
It was all utter BS.
Had we found that immunisation caused autism, we'd actually understand a lot more about autism than we do now. And we'd welcome that knowledge.

Air pollution fell substantially as the city restricted car traffic and made way for parks and bike lanes.
