Ooof. The juxtapositions he lays out in his response to a challenge, make it clear.
The illegal executions of Venezuelans in the Caribbean Sea by our military is not making a dent in the US's drug supply. It's a sideshow distracting from President Trump's pardons of criminals, like former President of Honduras, who brought tons to Alaska. #akleg #alaska #PeteHegseth #trumppardons

On the list of articles helping me to locate my misplaced sense of humor this week . . .
The masked burglar broke into the closed Virginia liquor store early on Saturday and hit the bottom shelf. The bandit was something of a nocturnal menace: bottles were smashed and alcohol pooled on the floor.

The suspect acted like an animal because, in fact, he's a raccoon.

So many problems remain with their permitting processes. Not an engineer—but when I looked at this some years ago it appeared their gas pipeline plans for going under braided rivers were not adequately considering substantial risk of undercutting and earthquakes.

@brdemuth.bsky.social awhile back you asked Bluesky followers about books which cast non-humans with agency.

Looking forward to Kachemak this year! Hope you are well.
