I am sorry. Can someone explain to me what I am missing or how I am wrong? For the past 24 hours I have been reading nothing but doomsday predictions that the Democratic Party has lost its leverage, and that a group of Democratic Senators need to be primaried because they voted to reopen.

You have to hand it to Chuck Schumer's political instinct. He must have known that if he had endorsed Mamdani it would have turned off the youth vote and could have caused Mamdani to lose.
