I lodged a formal complaint with the ABC regarding Fauziah Ibrahim's words. Several weeks later (!) I received a reply: the ABC acknowledged the behaviour was unprofessional and inappropriate but there was no apology from either the ABC or Fauziah Ibrahim. And no further action would be taken.
