Canadian scientist here. I don't want this. I want you to fund our excellent early career scientists who do great work in Canada. Fund them properly and that will help 1000x more than recruiting handfuls of cherry picked bigwigs from Harvard, Stanford and MIT who will leave after a few years.

Harbord cyclists beware: in the new lanes some sewer grates have been put in the death position by contractors. This @ Manning just ate my tire but luckily was coming to a stop. Jarring still. At speed I’d be over the handlebars. There were others along way.

Normally a using organs of the wrong blood type causes the recipient's immune system to attack the organ, leading to failure.

With the world being such a hellscape every day, I feel even stronger about this now. Watching the Jays this year has been a nice, brief distraction each night .
Whatever happens the rest of the season, I’m good with it. This years Blue Jays team has been so fun to watch
