Old enough to feel ways about stuff
FINAL: Kaprizov PPG wins it for the Wild, 4-3. Hawks won't be happy about losing this one, and they won't be happy with that Mikheyev penalty call.
November 27, 2025 at 4:18 AM
Mikheyev gets called for interference after a center-ice collision with Eriksson Ek, who had just leveled Bedard. Not sure what Mikheyev could have done there to avoid contact.

The Blackhawks and Wild are headed to overtime after a fabulous 60 minutes. Fun one tonight, but it'll sting if Chicago doesn't get that second point with the way it dominated most of this game.
November 27, 2025 at 4:13 AM
In the first 58 seconds of this power play, Bedard has hit the post, has missed high, and has buried a one-timer into Gustavsson's pads.
November 27, 2025 at 4:10 AM
Oliver Moore gets tripped by Jake Middleton as a pass was coming in, and the Blackhawks will head to the power play with 3:14 to go in a tied game.

Murphy and Trenin drop the gloves after a big Murphy two-hander in the corner. Spirited bout, and a long one. Both landed a few.

9 goals, 14 points in Matt Boldy's past 10 games.
November 27, 2025 at 3:56 AM
GOAL: And the Wild tie it up 3-3 at 10:35. Knight got dragged out of position and Boldy buried an easy one. We've got a barn burner tonight.

This is now true again.
This is Connor Bedard's 10th multi-point game of the season. It's only Chicago's 23rd game.
November 27, 2025 at 3:48 AM
Sam Rinzel with a brutal turnover at his own blue line, but Spencer Knight bails him out, stopping Johansson on the breakaway.
November 27, 2025 at 3:44 AM
MOMENTS later, Levshunov hits the post for the second time tonight.
November 27, 2025 at 3:43 AM
GOAL: Levshunov finally gets his first NHL goal, and it's a big one. 3-2 Chicago.
November 27, 2025 at 3:41 AM
GOAL: Blackhawks kill off the Crevier penalty, but Nico Sturm scores shortly after and, almost incredibly, it's a 2-2 game.
November 27, 2025 at 3:37 AM
Blackhawks lead 2-1 and face a nearly full two-minute penalty kill when the third period opens. Hockey!
November 27, 2025 at 3:27 AM
END OF PERIOD 2: After 39 minutes and 45 seconds of dominance, the Blackhawks suddenly find themselves clinging to a precarious 2-1 lead. Faber scores off Bertuzzi's stick with 13.6 seconds left, and Crevier takes a delay-of-game penalty with less than four seconds left in the period.
November 27, 2025 at 3:16 AM
GOAL: Brock Faber banks one in off the post with 13.6 seconds left. HUGE goal for the Wild, who have been utterly dominated for two periods. It's 2-1 Chicago.

This is Connor Bedard's 10th multi-point game of the season. It's only Chicago's 23rd game.
November 27, 2025 at 3:05 AM
GOAL: Bertuzzi puts in a Bedard rebound. 3-0.
November 27, 2025 at 3:04 AM
The puck trickles through Spencer Knight's legs on a Wild power play, but stops halfway across the goal line and Knight eventually grabs it. Reminds me of Henrik Lundqvist in the 2014 Stanley Cup Final at the Garden.
November 27, 2025 at 3:02 AM
GOAL: Bertuzzi to Rinzel to Bedard. 2-0. That was purdy.

After spending all of last week out east with family, I feel this tweet deep in my very soul.

Let's try some math:
Dickinson's goal ended Minnesota's shutout streak at 146:47 and the Blackhawks' goal drought at 105:17.

This stat is...

*puts on sunglasses*

... pretty Wild.

#YEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
1st time in 13 games #mnwild scored on first. Jason Dickinson
November 27, 2025 at 2:43 AM
GOAL: Dickinson. 1-0. Puck came out of a board battle to center ice and Dickinson one-timed it past Gustavsson.
November 27, 2025 at 2:43 AM
Wyatt Kaiser was on the ice for 4 minutes, 34 seconds of 5v5 time in the first period. Per Natural Stat Trick, the Blackhawks had 12 scoring chances in that time, against just two for the Wild.
