Best I can say is the excuse-makers believe the president is a child who craves praise from adults, so if they publicly gush over him when he makes a slight move in a direction like, even a bit of forced rhetoric, then he’ll do good things, despite the fact this never works.

Best I can say is the excuse-makers believe the president is a child who craves praise from adults, so if they publicly gush over him when he makes a slight move in a direction like, even a bit of forced rhetoric, then he’ll do good things, despite the fact this never works.

Where is there any confirmation of 'signing' the revised version? All I've seen is an unnamed Ukr official quoted saying they support the 'essence' of the revised plan with key issues to be discussed at presidential level. That's quite a distance from a signed deal
