In a sworn declaration filed today, the State Dept stated that it intends to revoke and replace the passports of trans people who obtained gender marker changes under the current injunction if it is overturned by a higher court. They're maintaining a list.

for healthy children and healthy pregnant women has been removed from the CDC recommended
immunization schedules."! Unless the Secretary's baseless and uninformed policy decision is vacated, pregnant women, their unborn children, and, in fact, all children remain at grave and immediate risk of contracting a preventable disease. This decision immediately exposes these
vulnerable populations to a serious illness with potentially irreversible long-term effects and, in
some cases, death. This is not a hypothetical concern, but a pressing public health emergency that
demands immediate legal action and correction.

There was an elite consensus against transphobia so strong Texas’ Republican Speaker of the House Joe Straus refused to pass a transphobic law, the public broadly agreed, and then a few elite liberals took it upon themselves to make transphobia popular and more or less succeeded.

It was evident that some parents are already starting to regard the replacement NHS
