Really, though, in the wake of a lot of "legacy" sequels that have our heroes be fans of the original crew, it kind of is refreshing to go back to Tron Legacy and see that Sam Flynn really thinks poorly of his dad for the entire opening act.
Bruce Boxlietner is doing a hell of a job there though.

Draw Steel update: Took our first respite. Really wish I'd given the downtime rules a read beforehand because there is a LOT to get into here, but I think it's really neat. One of the PCs is already halfway to learning Elvish, and another spent a day fishing!

Draw Steel update: I threw out the encounter math and presented an extreme encounter with the linchpin of defeating the boss, who had a magic sword that did a whole heap of extra damage at the cost of draining his own stamina every turn. Super dynamic, extremely fun.

Draw Steel update: did a couple combats last night, mostly wrapping my own head around Malice and minions. Players are currently running the "disguise as guards and escort ally pretending to be a prisoner up to the boss" gambit. We'll see how that goes next week!

The Delian Tomb has everything you need to start playing Draw Steel tonight.
Draw Steel update: I had to gently nudge the players away from Colville Screwing themselves by climbing alongside the outside of an airship and entering at the end of the chain of progressively more difficult fights (which would all become one fight all at once)
