guitarists have very skewed perspectives on what constitutes a pro level of proficiency. most "pro" players are intermediate by virtuoso standards. if you're just writing songs professionally, in any style other than jazz or metal, why should you care about sweep picking and shit like that?

We have got to collectively help people understand that of course the local* cops are acting as an arm of the machine. That is their purpose.
