Madison, WI has a big Hmong population due to refugees settling around here back in the 70s & 80s. It’s part of why this town has a great and diverse restaurant scene and I LOVE IT. I finally found the green curry noodle soup I’ve been searching a decade for at Ha Long Bay. 💚
