4 years of debilitating Long COVID, and I found my way back. My FREE 26 page guide shows you how.

I started microdosing because nothing else was working.
Not the supplements,
not the protocols,
not the 20 pills a day I was taking just to function.

"Let’s do this. All in, to the max.”

That was one client’s initial frame of the work.
Push. Go. Do.
Optimize. Track. Hack.

He came in ready to treat healing like a 200 meter dash.
And honestly, I get it. We’ve all been conditioned to believe that the harder we push, the faster we’ll change.

“I started to feel connected to humanity again. I had emotions again. I had some joy again. I felt normal,” Renée says.

Renée and I have this in common. But so do so many other people.

It's an older article, but I love the personal stories:

But You Only Work 20-30 Hours A Week!

From the outside, it may look simple: we sit, we listen, we reflect, we move into poses, we channel some energy, we prompt breathwork or somatic exercises, we listen to the ancestors, we ask questions. People think, "How hard can that be?"

Ever had a moment in yoga where you didn’t intend to go deep… but the practice pulled you anyway?

I didn’t plan to go deep today. No medicine, no special intention, just showing up. But something was tugging at me, and I felt drawn to yin.

Healing isn’t safe and that’s exactly why it works.

Healing is like being guided through fire. Like Virgil leading Dante through the Inferno, or my dad rappelling down a cliff with me when I’m terrified of heights.

Winter is here... and most days it’s like, why is the sun setting at 4pm and why do I feel like a hibernating bear who still has to pay bills?

Pacing isn’t anything new in the chronic illness realm, but it is something that I think we make too rigid...When you try to force yourself into a rhythm it does just as much damage as not having a rhythm at all.

I've come to the idea that healing is less about managing and more about allowing.

I’m in a bit of a weird place. Change is coming soon, but I don’t know what that change will look like.

I’ve radically accepted so hard, even though I didn't want to be in the situation I am in, that change at the moment is anxiety producing.

People are in denial about how quickly they could become disabled, unhoused or food insecure

It can happen to anyone & it can happen in an instant

Folks act like those receiving assistance have failed

That they should “try harder”

The system is rigged. It’s failed us, not the other way around

What would you do if you got 90% of yourself back?

Here's what Ash does:
“I can confidently say now I'm probably 90% back,” Ash said.

The world of psychedelics is vast, diverse, and humbling. Each medicine carries its own spirit, its own fingerprint, and its own history of use. And while you don’t need to know the pharmacology to benefit from them, it helps to understand the basics.

Needed a desk on top of my desk to keep my trouble-making, too-smart-for-her-own-good cat out from behind my monitors and computer tower.

Went to the second hand store and found exactly what I needed. No searching, no waiting.

Here is what I do on those days that my body says "Nope" and I can't do much more than lie in bed:

Yoga Nidra.

Ok, what is Yoga Nidra, you ask?The Sanskrit word yoga means “union” or “one-pointed awareness.” Nidra means “sleep.”

There’s a lot we don’t understand about why psychedelics work—especially with microdosing. Some researchers argue the benefits are “just placebo.”

But so are many of the effects of SSRIs, pain meds, and even surgery. Placebo isn’t just a sugar pill. It’s the healing power of belief.
