we need to abolish this shit

No, he is allowed to refuse care and even fire you as a patient. He is not allowed to last minute rug pull the surgery/treatments from you for nonpayment if it's something you've been communicating you need information on and are trying to deal with in good faith

Even if it's a trained dog, that is not how you use those dogs. He is just standing there.

It's a bad idea to use Amazon. There's no way they aren't tracking the addresses, names, etc of everyone who orders those frog suits and anything else that makes Orange mad. See executive order NSPM-7 - Amazon can have their $ seized if they "supply" you with these suits and don't report it

It should be illegal to have dogs perform this type of work for police. Drug sniffing too. It isn't working out and has never worked out.

He doesn't look or sound like he's being coerced. He looks relaxed. Now Melania reading her speech about Putin and the kids - she was terrified. Literally trembling, you can see her hair shaking. I have NEVER seen her lose composure like that. She didn't want to say that speech.

Actually, no. The lady who got the prize is a Trump supporter and supports his attacks on Venezuela, she dedicated the prize to him. It's actually totally perplexing how she got this award, she wasn't even on any shortlists I've seen. Maybe they just picked someone he wouldn't kill outright

His slip of the tongue reveals who’s really in charge. trib.al/mIvP0yE

“Illinois governor says we’re provoking actions that are unlawful,” Miller said on CNN. “If I put federal law enforcement and National Guard into a nice sleepy Southern town, is anyone gonna riot?”

Sorry, the character limit on here is killer for explaining stuff.
whirlwindhelp.bsky.social
His office has policies re: finances. Like often you'll have to put down a deposit before they will perform the surgery. So he knows fully those requirements &that u requested an estimate. So if he est care, refuses to tell u the cost to work w their policies, *and denies u care bc u cant pay* =bad

Most malpractice cases are settled out of court btw
whirlwindhelp.bsky.social
No, sorry. 2 separate legal things (IANAL). 1) costs of surgery, if they give u the wrong amt or wrong verbiage you might not have to pay, so "itemized estimate" and 2) establishing care, knowing u need to know costs due to their policies on payment, not telling u, and quitting care - pt abandonment
whirlwindhelp.bsky.social
In short, yes it is unusual. I'd ask for an itemized estimate and go from there based on their response.

It depends, I don't know your procedure. It depends on the specifics including your state (don't dox yourself). Malpractice can cover a lot of stuff. If you've only had a consult, then it just depends - some dont count as establishing care. Med board for your state may have guidelines u could read

4/ Unfortunately doctors abuse patients because most patients cannot afford to enforce their rights. They get away with it. You can't change that, but you can make aure you have your evidence built up and your day in coirt if you want it
whirlwindhelp.bsky.social
3/ You can also contact a lawyer to review your situation, sometimes for no fee unless you win in court. It DOES seem coercive to have you do injections req for a procedure when maybe you can't do that procedure due to cost& have informed them - stopping is almost patient abandonment imo
