I feel like the worst part about the current use of the word "indie" is that it means:

theres always been a massive bias towards games that make big money in what theyre allowed to depict and its deeply frustrating that people arent getting that the bias is because of money and not whatever grifters are selling
It’s not Larian’s fault but it chaps my ass that because they’re Larian they can have a trailer with a full on orgy in it in the middle of the Game Awards and meanwhile adult content in games everywhere else is getting cracked down on left and right.
