A regime of avaricious, cruel goons isn't the same thing as a "fascist state," and the fact that they have to go to court, fight it out in state elections and legislatures, cower from being filmed (instead of filming *you*) means everything.

This is real. Our govt is Tweeting like a 14 year old and calling Americans imbecilic morons. We worry about children being bullied but this is the example set by the U.S. GOVERNMENT. This is so shameful. I’m embarrassed for any of you that think this is okay or make excuses for it.

50 (and longer) mortgages are basically you just renting where the landlord (private equity mortgage debt oligarchs) has no responsibility for upkeep or fixing anything but as soon as you die the property reverts to their ownership.
a 50 year mortgage is more like debt peonage or renting from the bank. Why not 75 year mortgage?
