My son had a flat inspection yesterday. He was told there was no problem with renewing his contract, but he could no longer get a year's contract - because (it turns out) the way landlords get round no-fault evictions being removed is to make their tenants renew their contracts EVERY TWO MONTHS 🤬

Apparently the victim didn't seem distressed enough.
