I've often complained TTRPGs don't get cities right and I don't know if they can, because the key feature of a city is being unable to truly understand it, overlapping but distinct worlds layered on top of each other which are barely aware of each other and only tangentially touch #over/under

this has been my dad's headcanon for 10+ years. it's literally so simple to just be like "james bond is a title", you could even get an old bond actor to play M
