The house has passed a ban on coverage of gender care for all ages under Medicaid, CHIP and ACA plans. I don't know what to say to anyone this morning other than that the hundreds of thousands of people who are about to lose access to the care they need to stay alive deserve better than silence.

There's a lot of trans people in the UK in denial about what the current situation is there. The UK government doesn't care about you saying "but actually Cass and the court said this." They will do whatever they want, which is eradicating trans people. Facts and logic don't matter to them.
The dynamic at play in UK law and politics with regards to trans people is one where every opportunity to curtail rights that becomes possible is enacted. The remit of the judgement/review/study does not matter. They are pretexts and fig leaves. They are not products of a rational assessment.
