Rebecca Heineman was a trailblazer and used gaming as a platform because so many marginalized people find refuge in gaming, and she put those two things together and fought for all voices - women, trans folks - across the board.

Gaming icon Rebecca Heineman has died after her battle with cancer. She was an out transgender woman, and is remembered across the gaming industry for her pioneering leadership, and across the LGBTQ community for her steadfast advocacy.

Please do me a favor and make sure many eyeballs see this story this Veterans Day.

These service members all served at least 15 - 17 years when they were forced to retire. Then the Trump administration took those benefits away solely because they’re transgender.

I am glad to see SCOTUS denying Kim Davis's attempt to overturn marriage equality.

These baseless attempts to invalidate marriage for same-sex couples are designed to intimidate our community and put families like mine in danger. We all deserve to be happy, and if we choose, to get married.
