Listen, it’s a big deal if your users quit their jobs to avoid using your software, but the absolute devastation of finding out the MEDIAN satisfaction score from your users on a scale from 0-100 is 12.6 💀

If you ever go into cybersecurity, you'll literally never be out of work, but a lot of the work is just telling people to change passwords and remember to implement just any kind of security at all
