Had a friend in secondary school who loved all things sci-fi and asked if I wanted to go see Star Trek Nemesis with her. I was fascinated. Talked to our neighbour a few days later and he lent me his box set of TNG.
Watched all series since, and DS9 4 times.

I know it's irrational, but as a #HappilyOAD mum, people announcing their second pregnancy feels like a betrayal. It's still rare to choose only one kid, and I wish there were more of us around.

A year ago today, it was induction day - but human being baby did me and himself a massive favour by not doing anything for the following 3 days. Sometimes, c-sections are the best possible solution. Especially with a chonk of a baby 😅
