This is NOT okay. 🤬

No woman should be subjected to inappropriate remarks from a #taxi driver. There is a power imbalance between driver & passenger & a lone female passenger is in a vulnerable position. His comments were frightening. 🚩

The idea of Bolsonaro hiding in the attic of the White House is VERY 2025.
An amazing new Trump controversy, Part II of II:

- Saturday afternoon: Trump says he spoke to Bolsonaro the night before and planned to see him “in the very near future”

- Monday afternoon: The Trump White House isn’t sure whether Trump actually had the conversation he referenced two days earlier
White House hedges on Trump’s curious claim about his call with Brazil’s Bolsonaro White House hedges on Trump’s curious claim about his call with Brazil’s Jair Bolsonaro
Did the Republican president talk to Bolsonaro as the Brazilian plotted to escape? Trump said yes, but the White House isn’t so sure.

The bitter, vicious stupidity of this censorship is breathtaking. It just plunges millions of gay kids into virtual isolation, generates unnecessary fear for them, and irrational swivel-eyed panic amongst the gullible. May this regime die screaming.
A Tennessee legislator has ordered all Tennessee public libraries to shut down for two weeks to review their childrens collections and ensure they do not contain any books with LGBTQ characters or themes.

The Harper's letter crew is going to be *furious* about this.

Do it! Gmail "retaliates" by removing spelling/grammar checks, so you'll have to go old-school and be responsible in checking your compositions/replies before hitting send.

#Gmail addressing is crap too: I get stuff intended for my namesakes across the world. Including VERY sensitive stuff 😬

I live in (what I think I'm correct in saying is) the most diverse constituency in the whole country - Dublin Central, D1 - *and* I'm old enough to remember what this place was like before significant immigration, and the idea that immigration hasn't been good for this country is fucking laughable

Honestly, these ghouls say "we can always tell" but the amount of stories that are just "this 5'9 cis woman was yelled at in a toilet by Gen X freak yelling about large gametes" suggests that the LGB Alliance can NEVER tell.
Who does this …reptile… think she is speaking for anyone else?

Now let us consign her to the dustbin of wannabe, pick-me history and concentrate on those who are actively trying to grow the far right in Ireland, and the sheep passively helping them.

Ireland, too. It behoves EVERY politician to remember this.
What the Labour Party used to understand was that it wasn’t that immigration was tearing the country apart, but that immigration was what was holding the country together. Immigration kept our NHS going, our transport system going, our education and much more.

It’s still true. They must know it.
