I still can't believe how good the official Dutch dub of The Amazing Digital Circus is... It's kinda wild because you just expect it to sound really bad but it's honestly really well done with high quality translations and interpretations while only sometimes relying on Anglicisms.

All manner of police dogs and horses should count as animal abuse. Police dogs are often "trained" with cattle prods that leave life-long burn scars around their necks. It's the most disgusting animal abuse and not enough people are calling it out.

Just so it's clear. It's not allowing AI because it's trying to create a clean dataset for training AI. It's not because any of the involved parties actually care about human created art.

Frankenstein (2025) is great. Guillermo del Toro was a great fit for this retelling and he knows exactly what to do with gothic horror; Every scene was a painting come to life. Minus half a point for (bad looking) CG wolves though.
Goes to show that horror is the best with drama at its core.
