Something to remember in all this reporting that USSOUTHCOM’s CDR resigned and a USSOUTHCOM JAG raised concerns and was overruled.

The SOCOM commander ordered the strike and SOCOM JAG supported him in the strikes.

There is no reconciling this. No way to make this okay. And right now, I'm thinking of the junior sailors whose job it is to fire the weapons involved in these strikes. We have failed them as a country.

All day, I've been craving some baking powder biscuits and a good soup. So we had to make that happen. A hearty kale-filled chicken noodles rounded put the meal.
