2024 started strong for me but things tapered off. I do believe part of it is a me thing, but I recognize that I have obstacles still to work through, mainly space, time and location/money issues.

My pay has gone up about $6.5 in 5 years. I barely break $3k unless I do at least one week of overtime.
And rent prices be $2300 minimum.
Prices here reaching $3200. Not worth the cost. Nor affordable.
