The #Pokemon support network is a joke. Constant automated responses that are irrelevant & don't acknowledge the issue. The shiny Koraidon/Miraidon distribution has been a total disaster, & all the automated response says is, "You do not need a purchase. Sorry for the confusion!"

These #Pokemon event distributions are terrible. Many countries have had no event announced yet, and they're in store events which makes it difficult for disabled players. Hardly accessibility friendly.
