I mean, again...if a judge orders someone removed and that person is Salvadoran and they're deported to El Salvador... whatever that country does beyond that is a matter of their concern.
What's important here is that a judge didn't order these people removed, and in at least one case said not to.

yep. and this is the basic problem with trump being psychologically incapable of perceiving a positive sum relationship. everything is a dominance game for him.
No one in DC can bargain in good faith with Trump because he will not follow laws passed by Congress.
