Appropriating accessibility language to make AI appeal to artists is a tragedy. We don't need artistic creation to be faster, but capitalism has brainwashed them into thinking so. Input is loathed, output is worshipped. But the input expenditure IS how artists themselves are forged.
the faux-AI evangelists see the artistic process as a race to get to a finished product, instead of something valuable in itself. the process is where you develop those skills you don't have yet, it cannot be skipped, it is where the art happens

My current laptop is over 10 years old. I know it'll need replacing soon and, as happy as I am that it's lasted so long, I realized a bit ago that trying to buy a new ANYTHING at this point makes avoiding AI damn near impossible. hopefully, this information proves true when the time comes.
My new favorite kind of meme is "here are detailed instructions on how to turn off AI". 🔨
