Tulips have just finished blooming and freesias are still going. And it is Hippeastrum season!

Hard to believe we have so much growing on so little land.

463 sq m lot with 198 sq m covered by house and garage.

Mr has been very energetic even while recuperating the last few weeks. The original 3 beds totally refreshed and a fourth bed created. Currently have planted lettuces, sorrel, spinach, silverbeet, 2 tomatoes, cape gooseberry and gooseberry, with space left for piemelon.

That is an excellent start! We only had one small bed in 2021 after moving in here.

Additional beds added in 22 and 23.

Back ledge sorted last year with 1/3 in herbs and rest in jasmine.

That put a smile on my face, remembering conversations with my Mom after her pain relief had been stepped up. A fascinating combination of history and fantasy.
