I am incredibly bad at social media. But I did a thing about a year ago and now that means I have to do a lot of other things that make me seem A LOT cooler than I actually am. I will probably be posting a lot of photos about these things. Again - I am NOT this cool in real life.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, my friend!

I mean, you know, for when the next Canadian Thanksgiving occurs next summer, or whenever.

(Just kidding, so don't clobber me! I was inspired by David Letterman who teased Paul Shaffer every American Thanksgiving by pretending to guess when Canada's might be.)

"Oh, you made that from scratch, huh?

How'd you generate your spacetime dimensions?

And where'd you get your Higgs field and all the other fields from?

How about all those quarks & electrons and the rest - where'd you get them from?"

Thank you so much! I've been surprised by just how much this place has felt like home in only my first day on the platform - although folks like you here have made all the difference, my friend!

I intend to maintain my other outposts too - unless, of course, Elon's foolishness wrecks one of them!

Earlier today on another platform, I saw yet another variation of "What if Einstein was wrong?" regarding relativity.

I suspect this was the usual speculation folks have assuming that if they can get physicists to concede that maybe Einstein was wrong, that - somehow - that'll make them

If you had your own “bat signal,” what shape would you want projected into the sky?

I hold the world record for the woman with the most academic degrees. I have done many different types of degrees and gone to many different kinds of schools, and each experience is different, but there are definitely trends. I think it's more about finding what works best for you, the way you
Should we continue to encourage kids to go to college ? Or push them to take up a trade ?

I believe in college. Learning how to learn, IMO, is a critical life skill. Being exposed to people of different backgrounds, makes yiu wiser

Qualifier- it should be a school you can afford.

Remember how the military reacted to some balloons last year? If this drones thing was anything at all to worry about, they would be freaking out the same way. Most videos have been confirmed as planes or constellations. I'm not saying there haven't also been drones, but they aren't unknown to us.

You voice a concern than also occurred to me a few weeks ago. Create a harvesting crisis, unlock vast sums of money to solve it with fully robotic pickers. Eventual windfall profits for growers and robot makers; all funded by public money.

I'm going to say a thing because it seems like it's a safe space here, plus I'm new and have like 5 followers so who's even listening but I need to say this:

It's the robots. Elon and Trump are creating the conditions for Elon to replace the labour of the people they're targeting with his robots.

Haha, I totally get that! Social media can be a bit of a pressure cooker sometimes. But hey, just be yourself! People love authenticity, and it sounds like you’ve got some cool stuff to share. Can’t wait to see those photos! What kinda things are you planning to post about?

Wow, you’re like a superhero yourself! 😄 Juggling 5 full-time jobs and trying to outdo the Hulk’s PhD record? That’s some serious dedication! And a world tour for public speaking? That’s a huge deal, even if it’s terrifying. Just remember, everyone gets nervous, but you’ve got this.

Haha, absolutely, being a huge geek totally counts as a plan! 🤓 That’s awesome! You should definitely embrace it and share all your nerdy interests.

As for tips, I’d say post about what you love! Whether it’s books, games, or cool projects you’re working on, just let your passion shine through.
