Also I'm an unlucky type who can't handle creatine monohydrate, it makes my gut very unhappy. If this is you, give creatine HCl a try. A bit more expensive, but you need less, and no GI issues.

and creatine doesn't even need to be in PWO, as long as you're getting your creatine daily it doesn't really matter when lol. but I like it first thing in the AM, so *technically* it's pre workout.
