It's disgusting to agree to the punishment of entire groups of people based on the voting patterns of some. I do find it interesting how few of you are calling the COLLECTIVE PUNISHMENT OF WHITE PEOPLE though.

'oh they're the lesser evil'

dedicating yourself to supporting the lesser evil is still dedicating yourself to supporting evil though
I think the Dems are a slightly lesser evil. Both ruling parties support war, genocide, ecocide, poverty, etc, but Trump's ICE came up with kidnapping, trafficking, and torture. which surprised me. I voted 3rd party but they lost. So now I hand out leaflets. leftymathprof.wordpress.com/endcap/#top
Capitalism is About to Kill Us All
The leaflet above fits on two sides of 1/3 of a page. It’s intended for people who are new to questioning capitalism. I hand out copies when I go to a big rally, such as the recent “No …

My 'The Democrat's Big Tent Contains You And Also The People Who Want To Kill You' t-shirt has a lot of people asking questions that the t-shirt has already answered.
A "blue fascist"? The democrats are NOT the lock-step monolith e.g. GOP. And they will never be because the Dem tent covers EVERYONE. Even you. If you don't like picking between the lesser-of-two-evils then don't vote. Go find that rare bird who can model perfection for every situation. Good luck.

unfortunately for queerphobic studio execs, all they created was the dynamics necessary for a C4T lesbian coffee shop AU
Like, they were afraid that they'd create generations of kids who questioned their identities because femme Bugs was hot, so they introduced a cis girl bunny with huge tits.

I think games are a fascinating example of art not in spite of, but because of the way that they serve as an example of how neoliberal capitalism engages with art in general.

I wonder how much water would be needed to give a space-based body of water enough gravity that it would reform after being splashed, rather than splashing off into the night forever

like minimum viable volume

obviously once you're moon sized it's enough, but what is the smallest amount?

Something very interesting about the Book of Revelations is that in its description of the Four Horsemen, it directly posits that Famine is not some monstrous disease that kills crops or drought or anything, but a merchant overcharging for life's necessities during crisis.

Wow, it's a shame Biden had no power to stop or push back on the Republicans in any way, shape, or form until that international conference. That'd make him look like the sort of coward who only takes a strong position when doing so doesn't require he actually does anything about it.

Just watched through Pluribus yesterday at a friend's insistence. Obviously it's mostly playing with the notion of a hivemind a lot, but it does so in an interesting way that I think you could draw multiple lines of critique through.

I mean there's LOTS of female characters in the batman comics, so it's hard to say. I'm gonna go with Vicki Vale because she's well known enough while also not having any particular celebrity actresses associated with her yet, but honestly, there's tons of options.

all I'm saying is that if a witch wanted to steal my penis, I would simply let her, and ask her her opinions on bovine mammary supplements

I'd ask how LLM companies plan to make a profit if they price everyone out of buying the machines that would hypothetically be how customers access the software they're selling, but that would imply there's an actual plan here beyond defrauding investors and rugpulling before the bubble pops.
This is like if Tyson stopped selling consumer chicken. RAM is about to cost as much as a brand new pc. The cost of everything from tablets, to phones, to laptops will skyrocket. All because AI data centers are consuming all the available RAM they can get.
