So Democrats had the power to shut the bill down (if they all voted no, it would be 213-214) and chose not to because they are more divided than Republicans

Honestly, Lightning Returns feels the closest to the ultimate ideal Final Fantasy game
Open world, sandbox-like, fun combat, costumes from every FF including 14, side quests that matter
If they removed the time limit mechanic but kept the time dependent NPC schedules, it would be incredible

So far in Lightning Returns I really dislike the time limit mechanic
If it wanted to be Majora's Mask, that game at least let you slow down and reverse time. In LR, you can freeze time for a couple minutes but it's weird
