Transness is not bourgeois. This is a wedge idea dreamed up by some gleefully amoral think tank lobotomite to split trans people and make us fight each other. That we relay on modern medicine doesn't make us any more bourgeois than someone who needs antidepressants or cleft palate repair.

Fenway health in Boston has stopped providing gender affirming care to trans youth.

I was previously on the board of this organization and I've never been so disgusted with their leadership cowardly capitulating like this.

Uuuuuuhhhh no. Huh?! Capitalism PRECLUDES the possibility of everyone having an equal say in "government". (I'm not even going to get into the fact that there's no state in Marx's definition of communism.) According to Marx equality is mutually exclusive from capitalism.

If I remember correctly Marx was concerned with the well-being of capitalists in that he believed that capitalism ruins their ability to live flourishing lives as well. But it'd be a stretch to call that concern about the rights of capitalists.
