Started playing Red Dead Redemption 2 for the first time. Mostly in it for the story, but man, the game wants you to do everything but the main story, bogging you down with so many mechanics, side quests and other ancillary time-wasting.

No, this is horseshit. Did plenty of theater where we used metal swords and knives (you want the sound if they drop), but they're dulled to the point where you'd have to slam them in full force to break skin. You could saw your hand back and forth with those knives and not draw blood.

Always great to make an exciting new musical discovery. Listened to Manic Street Preachers "The Holy Bible" for the first time and it's fantastic. Just a great punk album with some exceptional musicianship for the genre. Have to listen to more of them.

A good rundown of why the Mercury logo is bad. The team has an explanation for every part of it, but logos don't really need a backstory other than "it looks cool on a basketball jersey" and "it looks good on merch that we want to sell you."
