(1/6) Hey everybody: For those who don't know me well, I'm a civil servant who works for the state of California. The civil service is the bulk of the gov't and we're hired, not elected. We generally bust our asses trying to do our jobs in spite of politicians; not with them.
If you don't keep your money in a traditional bank, I'd strongly suggest checking to see if whatever you do keep it in is FDIC insured. If it's an app, it probably isn't. That means when the AI bubble pops, there's a good chance your money pops too. Use a local credit union if you can.

None of my family who voted for Trump are on social media but I kind of wish they were so that they could know how powerful my anger towards them is considering the closest thing I'd gotten to a rebuke of his policies from them was "I'm not happy with him right now" shortly before I cut them off.

I wish you were required to give some kind of explanation when blocking an account on F-List. Could be a "pick one" list where choosing "Harassment" or "Underage" prompts you to report it, "Kink I don't Like" suggests you use the Memo feature instead, and Other REQUIRES you to explain.
