NBC's new poll say the most important issue for deciding who to support for Congress is: "Protecting constitutional rights/protecting democracy."

If you agree, I suggest you subscribe the news outlet that focuses like a laser on just that. Sign up for Democracy Docket today. hubs.ly/Q03M8rql0

REV. BLACK (who was shot in the head with a pepper ball): “If this is what they’re doing to pastors, journalists, teachers, mothers, and the elderly gathered to sing and pray outside ICE facilities… what might they be doing to our neighbors who are behind those walls?”

Please note what happened here. By challenging Trump to pause his terror raids for Halloween, Pritzker forced Kristi Noem to come out *for* continuing to traumatize kids. Polarizing these debates draws attention/forces MAGA depravity into the light.

"To any governors or state legislators out there... if you are in a position where you have the power to redraw your maps... if you have the ability to meet this moment with the urgency that it deserves, I'm calling on you to do exactly what we're doing in California and to fight fire with fire."

I’m the first congressional candidate to be indicted under the second Trump administration.

But if things keep going the way they are, I won’t be the last.

That’s why I need to fight these charges with everything we’ve got. Help us do that here: katforillinois.com/legal

Today, Mike Johnson will keep the House adjourned for the 85th day out of the last 97.

12 days of work in over 3 months.

With full pay and benefits.

The senate has been working, so this is not about the shutdown.

It is about avoiding a vote to release the Epstein files.
"I look at the leaves and wonder what could have been. I don’t wonder that about Congress. The answer is nothing. When you decide to be nothing, to do nothing, to change nothing, you become nothing. You take everything and you are nothing." S. Kendzior

Did you know that over 1.3M active duty service members and veterans rely on SNAP benefits to feed themselves and their families?

Now you know.

Gallego: "It's murder. It's very simple. If this president feels they are doing something illegally, then he should be using the Coast Guard. If this is an act of war, then you use our military and then you come and talk to us first. But this is murder ... it's disgusting."
Republicans are once again planning to fuck with elections.
It's the only way they can remain in power.
We NEED a counter-defense.

The United states currently doesn't have a Congress to declare war. Congress doesn't exist for all intents and purposes. That is, until Mike (serial killer) Johnson brings it back into session. Which he may never do.
There are no rules. The sooner everyone realizes this the better.
I'm sorry if this is offensive but the man needs to be hung.
Apparently serial killers are extremely busy...
That ear will not survive another term.

Jeffries on a death threat made against him by a pardoned J6 criminal: "Not a single Republican has reached out to me since that incident occurred, and that's no surprise because they cannot defend the fact that Donald Trump pardoned hundreds of violent felons who brutally beat police officers."
