The Hoya gracilis in the basement is blooming again. It smells like caramel or butterscotch. It has barely grown over the last year. I don't know what its problem is, but at least it's not dying...yet. 🌱🪴

My hand holds an inflorescence that looks like a little exploding firework covered in a few dozen maroon, star shaped flowers. In the background are some lanceolate leaves with faint silver splash.

Less than a year ago I rescued these, which were considerably smaller and dessicated, from a burn pile. Look how happy and huge they are. 🌱

A planter full of 5 very large, 4 medium, and a few small succulents that resemble rosettes. They are a pleasing greyish green. The plants look happy and lush.
