The implication here is that HAD Ellison & Weiss known about the MTG segment, they would have intervened somehow- maybe even censored it-- to keep Trump happy. These folks should not have control of any news outlet, not a single one. Outrageous.
David Ellison appears to be mortified that CBS/60 Minutes is “going rogue” by covering the news and by keeping him “in the dark” about a segment critical of Trump.

I don't know, y'all, but I reckon even Trump's voters are self-aware enough to know he's lying about affordability. You can convince people of Jewish space lasers and that an election you lost was stolen, but I don't think you can convince them to disbelieve their lying eyes at the checkout stand
