AI enthusiasts (especially in reference to anything creative) being butthurt about being put on a list is kinda funny to me cuz
1) your affinity for AI already lets me know your art almost certainly sucks
2) you’se a bitch

AI slop makers are angry that no one likes them?

Weak.

Have they ever spoken to an artist? We don't even like or uplift ourselves!
Which I think is a good sign they are really losing the cultural battle.
Also that last part is absolutely not true. Every artist hates a bunch of people sometimes including close friends of theirs.

The death of browsing is part of the reason art is the way it is now. Our opinions are largely fed to us by algorithms. Spending a spare 15 minutes wandering around a bookstore or comic shop or video rental place was how you found stuff you wouldn't ordinarily pick up and thereby expanded your taste
Bookselling is like the most "people go to the store and buy what looks cool to them without a particular agenda" type business left, and your purchases have a huge influence on what is ordered, what is displayed, and what is recommended.

Life Path number 4
We should talk about more than what your signs are.

What’s your Myers-Briggs type? Your apology love language? Your life path and Enneagram numbers?

Let’s get creative.
