I got this friend who loves barbed wire, collects barbed wire, attends barbed wire conventions. It's SO fucking hilarious to me because it sounds so fake, but apparently is real. I involuntarily start smiling whenever he talks about it; it's so rude of me, but I can't help it.

After a year of some significant personal failures, I'm glad I at least get some professional ones to lean on. Got to contribute to one of our biggest releases this year AND got to manage this thing. Can't have it all but I guess you can have something.

After a 41 days, including a week in overtime, our campaign is finally over, finishing 1st the BK comics category and 4th overall on the site with over 2.6M raised, gee whiz. I'm really happy how this turned out (and happy I get to sleep again, lol)
I don't talk about dayjob stuff much anymore, but I'll make an exception here cuz I'm happy with how our new campaign for Dungeon Crawler Carl came together. And proud of the creators and everyone who worked on this thing!! (except @adamccahoon.bsky.social)

Pondering large catfish, as I often do... re: the phenomenon of Noodling (fishing), I imagine it would be immensely satisfying to have that bigass fish dangling off your arm like Samus from Metroid

Rest in peace to Queen Silver, my favorite quail. She was 4.5 years old. I'm glad I gave her an inadvisable amount of mealworms as her last meal yesterday. She's survived by her sisters Caramel and Irish Creme.
