personality disorders that make them feel invincible. They might also be bullies who are stuck in a rut mentally, obsessed with being "the leader" and unable to learn new, safer behaviours. We should not pander to such dreadful, derelict behaviours by watering down safety standards to appease them.
Events like the unmasked Wonca conference that was held in Australia give completely the wrong message about safety in indoor settings, may have misled people about the importance of masking indoors when around others.
