But, if we do insist, and also allow for some general rounding of "it was X years ago," it is also possible that it was Brown, maybe as part of a flurry of last-day pardons, which I like.

It is silly how much time I give to fictional Jim Rockford's timeline. But sometimes episodes deal with it. Anyway, called "Guilt" hinged on a 20-years ago relationship. This has adjusted my opinion of when Jim was in prison, which we know was 7 years & for armed robbery & probably means...
