I have orchestra rehearsal tonight in Kerrville and, against all odds, I am well prepared. It’s even a pretty day for a drive in the Texas Hill Country. A neighbor helped me load the big harp into my station wagon and off I go. (Will take some photos along the way.)

Yep. That was a fun tour. Miles & miles of Texas. Fwiw, I still have that periwinkle blue linen dress & pale green top. (They are tattered, but I still wear them to garden.) The green sandals are San Miguel “Cocktail /Combat” shoes. They’re the best!
In 2010 when Chaski was 25yo and on our way home from a tour in the Texas Panhandle, we stopped in Llano for some barbecue🔥. Today we're thanks for many years of friendship and music-making together. #Chaski40th @flautadita60.bsky.social @shanahipharpy.bsky.social
