Exactly. I'm only able to go to the movies as much as I do because i'm only financially responsible for myself and that frees up more cash for extras. I don't know how families are doing it.
In the end though, when talking about theaters, a lot of people under estimate the economic factors. People are struggling right now. Going to movies is a luxury most people cut out, and save for movies they see as special events.
