When I was a medical student 45 years ago, I clerked in a 13 year old girl with deep jaundice and an abdominal mass. She was Hepatitis B positive. That had led to a primary liver tumour. In a 13-year-old. She was dead within the month. Avoidable with vaccination.

Just fixed the lawnmower. Took it to apart. Found the problem. Soldered some wires. Put it back together again.

I had an odd half an hour and via Apple Books had a quick look at the three claims I knew most about - two re the post-Brexit bilateral preferential trade agreements replicated from the EU versions and one about cheaper bananas. Raining, miserable and windy, but not blowy enough to dislodge a baseball cap and pretty warm overall if you had a bit of a walk under your belt.
