Embarrassing confession: it doesn't really matter what my diaper looks like. No one's gonna see it except when it goes on or comes off, because I have no butt or hips & if I don't wear a onesie over it it's gonna be around my ankles. My brain may be wired for diapers, but my body sure as heck isn't.

One frustrating thing about mixing diapers and chastity is that you're pretty much only wetting in one spot, and a lot of the padding gets wasted (unless someone else helps out)
